Great selection of preowned and new equipment and the most helpful staff are in the Langley store. Knowledgeable, approachable and great customer service. We dont go aywhere else when buying equipment for our church. Sam

Customer friendly staff! I met Steve, who was also a music teacher, to learn about keyboards and he was clearly knowledgeable. Terrific selection in store. Went here to rent speaker equipment before too, it was smooth - done online and filled paperwork on pickup/drop-off.

Watch your receipts carefully for overcharges. Helpful to have thick skin going in if/when the cashiers get defensive over their mistakes as accountability seems to be a forgotten trait here. I highly recommend other L&M locations over this one due to an overall lack of professionalism

I needed a brief tutorial and sure enough the guy in rentals was well equipped to explain what we needed. There were some equipment deficits quickly resolved. Just exactly the kind of service Ive come to expect from them. Good stuff!

avoid this location at all costs. I have been to this location several times with various requests and always find their staff condescending and rude for no reason. If I am at the Surrey location and they tell me Langley and other stores have the stock I would rather drive 45 minutes to terminal ave (Vancouver) location versus dealing with the staff here. This includes their management team more so than some of their front line but I assume their front line is learning from their supervisors!

Good selection of pedals, and I ended up getting an awesome Empress bass compressor. Also very helpful staff who didn't try to up-sell me into something I didn't need for a power supply. Got a good setup that I can keep expanding into, and will definitely be back here when it's time.

I bought my wife's keyboard here as a gift, they were super helpful, thus the 3 star rating. The guitar department though, it's a different story, very minimal customer service. I was there 3-5 times, for more than 30 minutes each, they never left the counter. There were no cables out test the guitars on any amps. No inputs from them about the guitars I was testing out, stark contrast to Tom Lee and Rufus. I just gave my business somewhere else.
